  Todd Trulock (TT) Knives Limited Lifetime Warranty
Every TT Knives product is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the life of the original owner. TT Knives will repair or replace with a new item (at their option) any TT Knives product that is defective.  Some damage cannot be repaired.  It depends on the specific damage and availability of parts. In these situations, TT Knives will furnish a currently made item that most closely matches the item sent in for repair.

Defects and repairs NOT covered under warranty:

TT Knives does not warrant its products against normal wear or misuse. Products are not intended to be used as hammers, chisels, pry bars, screwdrivers or the like. If your knife or other item was damaged due to misuse, we will assess the damage and repair it for a reasonable fee if the repair is possible.
 
 Returns Policy
You may return a new, unused and undamaged item within 7 calendar days of delivery for a full refund (not including shipping). If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will refund all your initial cost (including shipping) and pay the return shipping.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 Shipping
Generally shipping is included in the price of an item US Domestic locations.  See listing for details.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world (outside the US) but there are additional costs associated with the shipping.  Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
